An employer-specific work permit allows you to work for a specific employer, occupation, and location. Most employer-specific permits require a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA).
Requirements
Valid job offer from a Canadian employer
LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment) or LMIA-exempt offer
Employer-specific conditions: employer, occupation, location
You must apply from outside Canada (or inside if eligible)
Work only for the employer and job listed on your permit
